The session is delivered with eyes closed during 30 minutes or 60 Minutes.

Specefic music will be played with each program for full immersion.

Plan to come 10 minutes before the session to relax. Also, come hydrated and eat lightly.

How the session Goes?
Arrival & explanations for 10 Min

We will introduce you to the experience and prepare you before your journey. You will receive a form to fill and some inscructions.

50 Minutes Experience
You will be layed down or seated but completly relaxed with eyes closed and music on. We play the PandoraStar light machine program for you.
03
10 Minutes Rest & Integration
After the experience, take your time to open your eyes and connect with your body, drink some water to comeback to this reality!
