  • Preparation for Transformation: We start the transformative journey before the retreat with a group workshop to build unity and set intentions, along with individual assessments.

  • Daily Blueprint: Each day is carefully planned, beginning with a morning session, followed by a core workshop or experience, and ending with an evening activity. We alternate between half-day team coaching workshops and holistic experiences, ensuring thorough preparation and enjoyment.

  • Balancing Experiences: We blend mental and physical activities for a consistent progression throughout the retreat.

  • Depth of Engagements: Experiences range from 45-minute sessions to full-day workshops, such as drum-making or horse-interactive workshops.

  • Integration: We provide ample free time for reflection and offer post-retreat resources to help integrate insights into daily life.
